Larry Dwayne Snell … was born in San Bernardino, California, on July 22, then moved to Highland Park in 1973. He later attended Mackenzie High School in the 1980s before transferring to Cody High School. Due to unforeseen circumstances, he left school but became very familiar with the streets of Highland Park and Detroit.
